Whether you are an experienced exerciser or a novice, corrective exercise gives the assurance of safe exercise, with the use of correct techniques at all times. This is very important as it minimises the risk of any injuries occurring and means progress is made at exactly the right pace. During a corrective exercise session a wide variety of training techniques and equipment are used in order to make sessions fun, keep motivation levels high and provide training that is tailored to the exact needs of the client.

Our corrective exercise staff are specialised in working with patients suffering from various musculo-skeletal pain who have been referred by our osteopaths, and they work closely as a team at our clinics, assessing patients on a one-on-one basis and developing corrective exercise programmes to specifically meet each individual's needs.

Corrective exercise and rehabilitiation sessions take place at the clinic and usually last for 60 minutes. Benefits of these sessions include:
